TERMS & CONDITIONS
All order disputes, product refunds, and other concerns should be dealt with by contacting Mud Bay Coffee Company via email at orders@mudbaycoffeeco.com. Our phone lines are tended to by baristas in a busy retail environment, and detailed information or connection to the proper person can not be assured immediately. Our email system is monitored constantly by our office staff, and is therefore the most efficient form of communication with the company. You will be contacted in a timely fashion (in most cases the same day.) Please provide adequate information for your inquiry/concern.
Wholebean coffee is sold unground for freshness and quality. Loose leaf tea is sold by canister and does not include tea bags or other infusers. For your convenience coffee grinders and tea infusers can be found under our Retail Products section of the store.
